COVID-19 is devastating poor and marginalized people in the U.S and across the globe. Corporate globalization and climate change are dramatically accelerating the frequency of new pandemics. Some will be more contagious. Some will be more deadly. Some will be both. It doesn’t have to be this way.
 
We're organizing to tackle the policies of inequality and exploitation that got us in this mess; this moment demands action that meets the scale of the challenge.
